The Envoy Group Networking Event at Heartlight Ministries (2017)

Join Us at Our Exclusive Networking Event for Program Owners, Executive Directors and Staff

The Envoy Group is excited to facilitate a FREE "meet and greet" retreat-style event for our Refer & Share Network partners at the beautiful Heartlight Ministries campus!

Our 2-day goal is to provide program owners, directors and key program staff the chance to step back from their daily chores, meet with other programs, get to know new directors and staff, "talk shop", and build positive long-term relationships.

The event will host several informative sessions covering a range of business development topics - designed to get discussion moving. This is not an intense "workshop", but a time for key Refer & Share Network people to meet one another, and gain positive perspectives through small group gatherings and breakout sessions.

Topics will include program best-practices, human resources, how to fundraise & build your 501c3, wrangling national press, pornography addiction treatment for Christian programs (hot topic!), help with admissions (including training for using the Admissions Manager for those who want it), child transportation issues, and how to fully leverage the Refer & Share Network to fill your program.

Mark Gregston will be sharing his years of experience with fundraising, building successful 501c3's, and and he will also share about his experience dealing with national press this year.

Chuck Hagele will be sharing his training on pornography addiction treatment for Christian programs.

Scott Leshin, an expert in the insurance field for adolescent programs, will be coming to provide help, and update us on important insurance billing issues for 2017.

Robin Reber will be heading up our discussion about admissions and how to successfully communicate your program and philosophy of care to parents, alongside 3 other experts in the field.

Dr. Dan Sanderson will also be there to train in how to handle difficult, enmeshed parents, and provide his insight to program structure, staffing, and methodology for therapy.

Dan Shirts will be coming to talk about the new Human Resources laws put into effect within the last 2 years that may affect your program in 2017. Bring your employee and parent handbooks for a free review.

Heartlight will graciously provide continental breakfast, lunch, coffee-breaks and snacks for both days, dinner at the lodge, and dessert at the firepits on Tuesday night.

For Owners and Executive Directors only, Tuesday Night includes an exclusive Dinner at the home of Mark and Jan Gregston, Directors of Heartlight. At our last event, more than one person said they had the best steak they'd eaten in their entire life!

Tours of the Heartlight campus, including a brand new building being completed this Winter, are available each morning before sessions begin. Plan for a group photo on Tuesday morning.
